In early 2024, Concordance Healthcare Solutions took a proactive step to stay ahead of California’s fluorescent lighting ban and avoid ongoing maintenance issues in their Riverside distribution center. EnPro Grid Technologies provided a complete upgrade using new LED High Bay’s with motion and daylight sensors. The new system nearly tripled light levels from 20 to 70 footcandles while cutting energy use by more than half. With a project breakeven in just 8.5 months and annual savings exceeding $75,000, this lighting upgrade delivered a 71 percent return on investment while improving visibility, safety, and reliability across the facility.
