Brixton Capital partnered with EnPro Grid Technologies to modernize the exterior parking lot lighting at El Camino Crossing with new high-performance LED fixtures equipped with intelligent daylight and motion sensing controls. The new system automatically adjusts year around based on daylight and occupancy, eliminating the hassle of manually adjusting timeclocks throughout the year. The upgrade also eliminated ongoing lighting maintenance concerns for at least a decade.
