Future Tech Metals partnered with EnPro Grid Technologies to transform their Riverside manufacturing facility with a complete LED lighting package. The previous fluorescent lighting system was outdated, inefficient, and impossible to maintain. By replacing everything with high-performance Linmore LED Commercial High Bays featuring motion and daylight sensors and the latest in Bluetooth wireless control technology, we increased average light levels from 8 to 44 footcandles, dramatically improving visibility, safety, and employee morale.
This energy-efficient lighting upgrade reduced energy use by more than 75%, delivering an impressive 7.7-month breakeven period and a 78% measurable ROI. In addition to eliminating lighting maintenance for decades, the project will generate over $695,000 in positive cash flow over 10 years while making the facility brighter, safer, and more sustainable.
